Sometimes an opportunity is too good to pass up

OK now most experts in Network Marketing will tell you that you should try to concentrate on one business and I get it I really do. If you are splitting your time and effort between two companies then each is only getting half of your attention at best.

The problem is that sometimes an opportunity really is too good to pass up. I was recently offered the chance to join a company that was, at the time, in pre-launch here in the UK. Now at first I wasn't interested, but I really wanted to try the products. The company sells haircare products and, quite frankly, I have terrible hair that I really wish I could do something about.

The products and the results I had seen online looked fantastic, but would they work for me? These are not cheap products after all. So I arranged to have some samples sent over from Canada. OMG the products were amazing and my Canadian friend had rather cleverly added me to a group on social media for the companies UK prospects. I posted some pictures on my profile of my hair after I had used the products and everyone started asking me what I had used and where I could get some. For the first time I started thinking about the business side of the business.

I took a look at the group, they were all talking about so many bonuses that were available due to being in pre-launch. Now I know enough about Network Marketing to know to do my research, so for a few days that's just what I did. I looked on the company website, I looked on review sites about the products and the business. I even looked on websites that were detailing lawsuits that the company were facing at the time, which to me seem a little far fetched if I'm honest but I'm no lawyer.

I read all about the profit share I could earn if I joined in pre-launch and went on to do well and I learned about the cash bonuses that were available to someone who had just joined the company. I then purposely tried to find people who had worked with the company and had a bad experience, do you know what? I couldn't find one! Now every Network Marketing company has people on the internet claiming it is a scam or whatever - hell there is a whole 'movement' dedicated to it (just google anti-mlm movement if you are really interested). I could find people who hadn't had a great experience, but no one that had an issue with the company themselves.

I read the marketing plan in great detail, over and over again in fact. I honestly tried to talk myself out of it - I genuinely didn't want to join another company. I was and still am happy with the company I was already with, I know we make a difference to people's lives and I have no intention of stopping that. Truth be told though I just don't see me making the money with them that I was looking at now. This is honestly life changing possibilities here - of course I'm going to need to work my butt off to get them, nothing in life comes easily after all, but OMG the possibilities. Being a huge multi-national company just means there are more possibilities, more opportunities than I currently have.

Before I knew it I was ordering a starter kit and do you know what? I love it! I love the products, I love my new customers and I love the opportunity I have. Now I know I have to work even harder being in two companies, but I am 100% serious about getting my shit together, I want a different life for us, one where money is not the huge burden it currently is for us.

I have been doing a lot more personal development recently and I just know that this is the way my life is supposed to go. Sometimes things do literally just appear to us because they are supposed to. I am currently listening to a book on Audible called 'Lucky Bitch' by Denise Duffield-Thomas and I highly recommend it. It's definitely not the same as all those self-help mumbo jumbo books, trust me, personal development books are something I really struggle with liking and this one I love. I urge you to check it out if you want to find out how to change your luck, be that personal of business, for the better.

If you are looking for a new opportunity, who knows one might just appear for you like this one did for me!
