Network Marketing - The Good
Before we get into the ins and outs of network marketing and why it does and doesn't work for certain people I thought I would do a post showing the good and the bad of network marketing, and I thought we are as well starting with the good.
The obvious answer is you can earn money from home in your spare time, but of course we all know that it is not as simple as that. You get out what you put in so if you are looking for a get rich quick scheme trust me when I say that network marketing is not for you! However with a small amount of time and effort you can earn a nice bit of extra cash and who doesn't want that?
Now this very much depends on the company you join because some are much better than others but you can make some great friends network marketing. The company I am currently with really encourage everyone to get along and support each other, some companies are not really like that. I have met some great people through my company but also customers have become friends too.
The biggest boost I have had since finding the right fit in network marketing has to be the boost to my confidence - a good network marketing company will encourage you to work on yourself and give you the tools you need to do that. Since joining my company I have worked on my mindset and become generally happier; I have worked on my confidence and no longer have all the fears I used to. don't get me wrong I still have a bit of anxiety at times like everyone else but I know that I am strong and confident inside and I can turn my mood around much easier than I used to be able to if someone upsets me.
Of course there is the training. Now if you aren't in network marketing you probably think that all we talk about are our products but its not we learn all manner of transferable skills. Everything from confidence coaching to computer skills you can lean it from network marketing if you want to. Many companies do physical training days (mine doesn't just yet) and those are loads of fun there are usually exclusive new products you can buy at those events before they go on general sale and tonnes of freebies too!
You can find lots of cool new things to buy, and I don't just mean your own products. Now this can be a good and bad thing at times, I have done events where I have spent all my profit buying things from other companies who are also participating in the event however if done right a multi-vendor event can be a great thing. You see when you are in network marketing you will sort of naturally meet other people who are in network marketing and some of them will sell really cool stuff that you want to buy and you might not have ever even heard of them before if it wasn't for your connection through being network marketing professionals.
Even if you aren't making a lot of money, if you are selling products you actually use then you automatically get a discount of whatever your commission rate is. I fully intend to buy the vast majority of my Christmas presents from myself, instant saving of 30%!
So that's just a few of the good points of network marketing, I will see you next time for the bad.

One of my sons did this as a teenager, although I had to do the driving. He earned enough money to buy himself some expensive items he wanted, so he was pleased.
ReplyDeleteIts a great way of getting extra money for a special purchase or something like that. I decided I wanted a new phone and I was only going to use business money to buy it so I worked hard and bought it pretty quickly. lots of people have their earnings put into a different account and use it only for things like birthdays and Christmas too which is also a great idea.
